The Individual Security Section is tasked with directing and driving the authority's individual-related security work. The section's tasks include, for example: standardizing and setting security levels, preparing security assessments, being responsible for the authority's work with employee protection and personnel security, as well as overseeing the dog operations.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As an expert, you will primarily work with personnel security within the security protection area. You will independently drive the development of processes and methods in the area and collaborate with external and internal parties to ensure compliance with security protection requirements. You will assist specialists regarding security assessments, conducting and documenting security assessment interviews and evaluations, as well as following up on implemented measures as needed. Handling the authority's background checks may also occur.

QUALIFICATIONS

In your work, you take responsibility for your tasks and structure your approach to drive processes forward. You plan, organize, and prioritize work effectively.

We are looking for someone who has:

• A university degree in a relevant field or other education combined with relevant work experience
• Training in security protection
• Experience working in security protection
• Experience in developing normative documents
• Experience handling confidential and security-classified documents
• Experience in administrative work in public administration
• Experience writing decision-making materials
• Good ability to express yourself well in speech and writing in Swedish
• Good knowledge of security protection work specifically and security work in general
• Good knowledge of security protection legislation and related regulations and guidelines

It is an advantage if you have:

• Training in other security-related areas
• Experience working with security assessment interviews
